Refund Policy
Subscription billing cycles (quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly) are agreed before you start service. If you cancel, access continues until the end of your current paid period unless otherwise stated in your order form.
Refunds for prepaid periods are considered on a case-by-case basis (e.g. service not delivered as contracted). Contact hello@orderadda.com with your account details and we'll respond within business days.
